Points earned are redeemable only for purchases from Fortune Pet Mart and has no cash value.

Get $5.00   OFF your purchase when you Redeem 100 points 

Get $10.00 OFF your purchase when you Redeem 200 points 

Get $15.00 OFF your purchase when you Redeem 300 points 

Get $20.00 OFF your purchase  when you Redeem 400 point

Get $30.00 OFF your purchase when you Redeem 500 points

When you purchase 12 bags (11 Bags for Nulo Brand) of the same brand and size premium dry dog or cat food you will receive a free bag. Free bags will be in the same size category as all previously purchased bags.  Please note that some food brands are excluded from this program. Ask store for details.

 

 

Rules for Redeeming Points earned from Fortune Rewards:

 

• Earned dollars through our Reward Program has NO cash value and is good for purchase from Fortune Pet Mart only.
• Whenever a customer has $30 worth of reward points in his account, it must be redeemed before starting earning points again. Our system automatically deletes any dollar value earned over $30.
• Points earned must be redeemed within 12 months of earning it.

 

Purchase Returns and Reward points adjustment

If a Customer returns any item(s), then the points earned on purchase of that item would be deducted from his/her account. 

 

*No refund will be issued: 

If a Customer earns points on a purchase from us and uses those points to purchase any product from Fortune Pet Mart and then decide to return the original purchase. In such case the customer will only be eligible for a store credit. (Credit will only be issued within 21 days of the original purchase).

 

FORTUNE REWARD PROGRAM AND ITS POLICIES MENTIONED ABOVE CAN CHANGE ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE and BY ENROLLING TO FORTUNE REWARD PROGRAM, A PERSON AGREES TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
